Full Time Regular and Salary employees are eligible for the following benefits though Meaningful Outcomes. For eligible employees, the employer covers 50% of employees medical coverage only. Any additional coverages or dependents are provided to the employee without employer contributions and 100% of cost is the employees responsibility.
To enroll review plan information and pricing below and submit completed enrollment application to benefits@mobhs.com. Please incomplete applications will be rejected by BCBS enrollment and delay effective date for insurance coverage.
